It is leg?isla?tive tra?di?tion for the spon?sor of the 100th bill intro?duced in both the House and the Sen?ate to throw a party for his or her col?leagues. For some inex?plic?a?ble rea?son, the Sen?ate passed right over SB 100 today. In the House, Rep. Don Tripp (R-Socorro) got the luck of the draw. His HB 100 pro?motes farm?ers? markets.
